Ad Monetization Manager
Original Games is a global team of developers, artists, marketers, thinkers & doers with contributors in Tallinn, Helsinki, San Francisco and Berlin. We’re building the most relaxing and rewarding casual mobile games, with universal appeal and deep player engagement as our cornerstones.

For which tasks?
  • Work with advertising networks and mediation (Applovin, AdMob, ironSource, etc.)
  • Work with ad placements, develop a monetization strategy together with the product team, communicate with partners
  • Analyze the effectiveness of ad waterfalls, make changes and adjustments, integrate new partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize ROAS, increase retention and other key metrics
  • Generate ideas to improve product advertising metrics, test hypotheses, work with advertising display logic
We're looking for:
  • Experience in monetization over 1 year, experience in mobile applications marketing or data analytics will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the main advertising indicators (eCPM, CTR, Fill Rate, ARPDAU, Match Rate, Ad LTV, etc.) and advertising account interfaces
  • Good spoken and written English (B2+ English is an advantage)
