Community & Support Manager

We strive to work in small, flexible teams with everyone contributing to create a unique experience. As the Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our community, ensuring a positive player experience, and managing support operations



  • For which tasks?
    Lead Role:
    • Define the vision for Community and Support across our portfolio.
    • Inspire and lead a team to improve product performance
    • Collaborate with product, data, and growth teams to integrate community initiatives with overall company objectives.
    Community Building:
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the community.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for players through channels, including forums, social media, and in-game communication.
    Player Support:
    • Lead a team responsible for providing timely and effective player support
    • Implement best practices to address and resolve player inquiries, issues, and feedback.
    Feedback Management:
    • Collect and analyze player feedback to provide valuable insights to the development team.
    • Implement continuous improvement based on player suggestions.
    Content Creation:
    • Guide marketing team with attractive and high ROI creative
  • We're looking for:
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in the lead position of community and support team within the gaming industry;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
    • Strong understanding of player support operations;
    • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities;
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team
