  • The Role
    • As the Head of People at Original Games, you will develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals and support our workforce. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep HR expertise and a passion for empowering creative teams.
  • For which tasks?
    • Develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, development, retention, and team members engagement to support overall business objectives.
    • Guide the HR team in delivering impactful HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values.
    • Lead the design and execution of performance management processes to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
    • Work with team leaders to establish clear performance metrics and ensure consistent evaluations company-wide.
    • Serve as a leadership role model, promoting the company’s values and a positive work environment.
    • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract top talent in the gaming industry, maintaining a strong pipeline of creative and technical professionals.
    • Build a culture of continuous feedback and learning, ensuring team members have the resources to succeed.
  • We're looking for:
    • Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
    • Global HR management experience, including overseeing remote teams and navigating international regulations.
    • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change.
