At least 3 years of professional experience in the lead position of community and support team within the gaming industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
Experience working with Helpshift
Strong understanding of player support operations;
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities;
Ability to lead and inspire a team
