QA manager

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of polished and bug-free games to our players. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the QA team, implementing effective testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • For which tasks?
    Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and timelines.
    • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing scope and priorities.
    • Implement and continuously improve testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
    Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to QA team members to enhance their skills and ensure the overall success of the QA process.
    Quality Assurance Processes:
    • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to maintain the highest level of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Conduct both manual and automated testing as needed, utilizing industry-standard testing tools.
    • Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • We're looking for:
    • Proven experience of 5+ years as a QA Lead or QA Manager role in the game development industry.
    • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Experience with both manual and automated testing.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming platforms and genres.
    • English level B2+.
